由中時影視消費中心副總編輯劉育良先生，透過自身在媒體界多年經歷與體驗，導覽素有台北表參道風格的台北市中山北路及巷弄，從歷史文化到文創林立，富饒故事的中山區從達人角度說給你聽。結束1小時導覽活動後，拿著【台北趴趴走特製悠遊卡】搭乘捷運到 L'IDIOT RESTAURANT 驢子餐廳享用下午茶，達人將分享台北與東京兩個不同時區，卻有著特別故事的城市文化。
Explore Zhongshan N. Road and its alleys, the so-called “the Omotesando of Taipei”, with Yu-liang Liu, the deputy editor of China Times entertainment & consuming page. With his years of experience in the media, Mr. Liu will share the stories of the historical, cultural, creative Zhongshan District from an insider’s perspective. After the one-hour guided tour, participants can take MRT with the included “Wander Taipei Special Easycard” to L'IDIOT RESTAURANT to enjoy the afternoon tea and have an intriguing sharing of city characteristics and cultures Taipei and Tokyo each has and both share.
